Future aims and Goals for the School

A new future for the school with long and short term plans; instilling values; ensuring focused learners and teachers; determine teachers’ roles, responsibilities and contribution; determine objectives and a way forward; school function as a unit and staff co-operate; become a school of excellence.

We want to be an effective school. Characteristics of an effective school:

• clear and focused vision for learning

• safe and orderly school environment

• climate of high expectations for student success

• high levels of student achievement through an emphasis on learning activities

• instructional leadership of principal

• frequent monitoring of student progress

• strong home-school relations.
